Blogging…

So here is the scoop.  I have stopped blogging.  Why?  BECAUSE I AM JUST NOT GETTING ENOUGH ENCOURAGEMENT to keep this going.  I know you all say you read my blogs, but you never comment!  And so, I have stopped altogether, because I am discouraged.

Maybe sometime later I will start again…but we will have to see.

Introduction to the Concert… a Prelude and Variation facsimile by MOI

Sponsored by the Womens’ Bundtpan and Bakers’ Guild of Nunuvut! A spin-off from Anna Russell’s Intro to the Concert Series.

Goodnight to you all, and welcome to the first concert of the season, sponsored by the Womens’ Bundtpan and Bakers’ Guild of Nunuvut! As you know our organization stands for the best in art, neither expecting either reward or enjoyment. I have asked Mrs. Bickerworth to join me on stage to present our artist with this beautiful…lemon loaf. I must say it is fabulous to see such a wonderful turnout, and as our motto says, we bake bundts for the betterment of the belly.

In a moment, I will invite our artist to join me in stage, along with Mrs. Bickerworth to present her with this…delicious (*drool*) lemon loaf. But first, I would like to give out the schedule (pronounced SHED-YULE) for next month. We’ll be having Herr Dr. Jacque Lipschitz, who has agreed to give us a talk, for free which is wonderful of him, on how to make the proper pie crust. Interesting, isn’t it? This is important because the next talk is going to be desperately expensive but is awfully worth it…we are going to learn from the last pupil of Julia Child (who will be joining us via satellite from her residence at the Bayview Rehabilitation Centre from Alcoholism) on how to make apple cinnamon pie filling!

And now it is time for us to introduce our guest artist this morning, and present her with this…beautiful lemon loaf. My doesn’t it smell just divine!? Actually, Mrs. Fuller was supposed to been here tonight but she is terribly sorry that she is unable to be here this evening. She’s been in bed all week with the chiropractor! Please do not laugh for it is no laughing matter. She is having a HORRIBLE TIME of it!

And now it is time for us to introduce our artist and present her with this…tasty (*lipsmack*) lemon loaf. It is non other than the great soprano saxophonist, Miss…Farmer-Sausage. Now Miss Farmer-Sausage is one fo the greatest exponents of the saxophone today. The Chicago Tribune says…”what was that?” …OH! I’m so sorry…that’s my grocery list! Of course she is so famous I needn’t hardly mention her name…it is practically a house hold word (hahaha…)…I have NO clue! (*from offstage* “turn the paper the other way around!”) Of course! She is none other than…**hiccup**… Oh pardon me, as I was saying she is none other than **hiccup!**…I mean she is **hiccup** and ah **hiccup** a blwah **hiccup**! Please excuse me for I seem to have come down with a terrible case of the **hiccup** hiccups!

When she comes on, FOR GOODNESS **hiccup** CLAAAAP!!!
